For a little less than 3 more weeks, I will not be posting as much. And I will have to postpone posting the most of the rest of "Up and Out: A Guide to True Compassion for the Poor" until then.
The reason is that I have been invited to apply for a position that I would love to fill! And - that is partly because of this blog.
It would not be appropriate to say more at this time. But it would have to do with evangelism, and discipling, in a way I would find very exciting. So a long, difficult application must be completed. I have already been slow to get to work on it, because of my concern to get "Up and Out" up online for the benefit of those who will be trying to help hurricane evacuees better their situation. But for now, I have to focus on the application.
For the time being, I will continue to post here as often as I can until mid-October. Then I expect to be back to posting regularly.
Your prayers would be appreciated as I seek God's will in my life.
